Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement

If you have reasons to believe that your work has been copied or has been used in a way that constitutes violation to your rights, please click here to contact Netcipia's Copyright Agent. You will be asked to provide the following information:

• Your address, telephone number, and email address;
• Electronic or "physical" signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the rights;
• A description of the work that you claim has been infringed;
• The location of infringed material on this Site;
• A declaration by you that you are unaware that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, or its agent, or the law;
• A declaration by you that the information pertaining to the points listed above is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on his/her behalf.
